2. How can I book a taxi with TrivanaX?

You can book a taxi through:

Your booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message or call from our team.

3. Do you have a mobile app?

No. Currently, TrivanaX does not operate a mobile application. All bookings are handled via phone, website, or WhatsApp for personalised service.

4. What areas do you serve?

TrivanaX operates across Kerala and also provides outstation services to nearby states, subject to availability.

5. What types of vehicles do you offer?

We offer multiple vehicle options based on availability, including:

Hatchback

Sedan

SUV

Premium vehicles (on request)

Vehicle allocation depends on location, trip type, and availability.

6. How is the fare calculated?

Fares are calculated based on:

Distance travelled

Trip duration

Vehicle type

Tolls, parking, and applicable taxes

The final fare may differ from estimates due to route changes or waiting time.

7. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept:

UPI / bank transfer

Please confirm accepted payment modes at the time of booking.

8. Are tolls and parking charges included in the fare?

Unless explicitly mentioned at the time of booking:

9. What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations before driver assignment are free.

Cancellations after driver assignment or no-show may attract a cancellation charge.

Outstation trips may have higher cancellation charges if cancelled close to pickup time.

10. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days

Refunds are made via UPI or bank transfer

Delays may occur depending on your bank.

11. What happens if the driver is late?

While we strive for punctuality, delays can happen due to traffic, weather, or road conditions. Our team will keep you informed in case of any delay.

12. Can I change my pickup time or location after booking?

Yes, changes are possible subject to:

Distance and time impact

Additional charges may apply. Please inform us as early as possible.

13. Is it safe to travel with TrivanaX?

GST invoices can be provided on request, subject to applicable rules. Please mention this during booking.
