1. Services Offered

TrivanaX provides taxi and cab transportation services across Kerala, India, including:

• Local Taxi Service
• Varkala Sightseeing
• Outstation trips
• Airport Pickup and Drop
• Hourly or daily rentals (if applicable)

All services are subject to vehicle and driver availability.

2. Booking & Confirmation

Bookings can be made via:

• Phone call
• WhatsApp
• Website enquiry or booking form

A booking is considered confirmed only after confirmation via call or message from our team.

Pickup time, fare estimates, and vehicle details are indicative and may vary due to traffic, weather, or road conditions.

3. Fare & Payment

• Fares depend on distance, time, vehicle type, tolls, parking, and applicable taxes.
• Final fare may change due to route deviations, waiting time, or customer requests.

Accepted payment methods:

• Cash
• UPI / bank transfer

Toll charges, parking fees, and interstate taxes (if any) are payable by the customer unless explicitly stated.

4. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must:

• Provide correct pickup and drop details
• Be available at the pickup location at the scheduled time
• Follow safety instructions and traffic laws
• Avoid carrying illegal, hazardous, or prohibited items

Misbehaviour, intoxication, or safety risks may result in trip cancellation without refund.

5. Driver & Vehicle Allocation

• Drivers are assigned based on availability and location.
• Vehicle images shown on the website (if any) are for reference only.
• Vehicle type may change in rare cases due to operational reasons.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

a) Customer-Initiated Cancellation

• Before driver assignment: No cancellation charges.
• After driver assignment but before pickup: A nominal cancellation charge may apply.
• After driver reaches pickup location or customer no-show: Cancellation fee will be charged to cover driver time and fuel.
• Outstation / long-distance bookings: Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup may attract higher cancellation charges.

Cancellation charges, if applicable, will be clearly communicated at the time of booking or cancellation.

b) Cancellation by TrivanaX or Driver

Bookings may be cancelled by TrivanaX due to:

• Driver unavailability
• Vehicle breakdown
• Natural calamities, strikes, or road closures
• Safety or legal issues

In such cases, any advance amount paid will be fully refunded.

c) Refunds

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via UPI or bank transfer
• Refund processing time: 5–7 working days
• No cash refunds will be issued unless specifically agreed.

7. Waiting Time Policy

• A limited free waiting time may be provided depending on the booking type.
• Additional waiting time will be charged as per applicable rates.

8. Liability & Safety

• TrivanaX is not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, road conditions, or force majeure events.
• Passengers are responsible for their belongings; we are not liable for items left in the vehicle.
• Our liability, if any, shall not exceed the total fare paid for the trip.

9. Force Majeure

TrivanaX shall not be liable for failure or delay in service due to events beyond our control, including:

• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Strikes or public disturbances
• Extreme weather conditions

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including text, logos, and images, is the property of TrivanaX and may not be copied without permission.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kerala, India.
